How to create new user ?


    Security Control is the most importatnt option of every accounting software. You can create users and assign security level to the created user.
    Types of security decides the rights of the users while using Innoventry software. Create User: Go to Master > User Account > Product Users.
    There is Pre-defined product user available i.e. admin. To create new Product Users: Click on New button from toolbar.
  • Username: Enter the Username of a product user. Innoventry does not allow duplicate names.
  • Contact: Enter the contact name of product user.
  • First Name: Enter the first name of the product user.
  • Middle Name:Enter the middle name of the product user.
  • Last Name: Enter the last name of the product user.
  • Password: Enter a password which will be used while login.
  • Confirm Password: Enter the same password to confirm.
  • User Group: Select the user group from the list of the product user.You can create new user group, click on New button, if you want.
  • Description: Enter any details or description related to the product users.
  • Address1, Address2 and Address3: Enter the Address of product user .
  • Phone: Enter the Phone Number.
  • Fax: Enter the Fax Number .
  • Email: Enter valid Email address that will be used to email documents, reports and data from Innoventry.
  • Mobile: Enter the mobile number.
  • Enabled: It is used to enable user to login by their credentials.

  • After adding details, click on OK or Apply button.
