How to deactivate and activate license in case of system change?

If you intentionally change PC, then you can deactivate license key on your own before changing PC.

Deactivate License On This Machine” option is available in the Product Registration Window under Help menu.

Please Note, you are always suggested to take Back-up of your data before taking any license related actions (Tools-> Backup).

However, in case of System Crash.

You can deactivate your license from new PC as well by installing the Innoventry Software & fill Product Key in Product Regsitration Window and clicking on Deactivate License Button.

You will get an OTP on your Registered Mobile No. & Email ID.

After entering valid OTP you will get a message of Successful deactivation.

Then you can activate License again by adding Product Key.

In case you face any issue, you can contact support team for the deactivation.

  • Product key 
  • Registered contact No. & Email Id
