    • The value of Items(Goods) unsold at the end of the accounting period is known as Closing Stock.For example: if 5,000 units purchased @ Rs. 20 per unit, remain unsold then the closing stock is Rs.100,000.
    • This will be Closing Stock of the subsequent year.
